Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Lemon-Dill Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparations
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on the grill and cook for about 1-2 minutes per side until they have grill marks. Remove and set aside.
- Grill the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is grilling, prepare the lemon-dill sauce. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the grilled salmon with a drizzle of the lemon-dill sauce and garnish with grilled lemon slices and fresh dill.
Tips
- Make sure the grill grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- You can marinate the salmon in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs before grilling for extra flavor.
