Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Preparations

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, banana, plain yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tips

  • For an extra tropical flavor, you can add a splash of pineapple juice.
  • Freeze the mango and banana beforehand for an even colder and thicker smoothie.
