Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 slice of ham
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 1 beef steak
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
Preparations
- In a skillet, cook the sausage and beef steak until done.
- Layer the sandwich: bread, ham, sausage, steak, and top with cheese. Place another slice of bread on top.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the sandwich in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Fry an egg in the skillet and place it on top of the sandwich.
- Heat the tomato sauce and beer in a saucepan. Pour over the sandwich before serving.
Tips
- Serve with French fries and extra sauce on the side.
